Mr. Öner is a senior executive and diplomat who, over the course of his fifty-year career has been responsible for leading many of the largest initiatives in his native country, the Republic of Türkiye, especially in the implementation of cutting-edge technology. As a global board member of Opulence Capital, he helps guide our asset management and advisory business with the largest business holdings in the Republic of Türkiye and abroad.

As an entrepreneur, he held the first ever television license granted in Turkey, and has led coalitions spanning many industries in their international and regional business. Since 1985, he and his firm, Öner Ltd., have represented some of the largest global firms including Raytheon Technologies, Level 3 Technologies, Rohde and Schwarz, China Railway Corporation, Genertec Holdings and many other multinational firms.

Globally respected for his views on current events and especially his socioeconomic strategies for the Republic of Türkiye, Mr. Oner is a frequent contributor and writer to many leading publications.
